The Sound of Music
Beauty & the Beast Radio Commercial
*This was an advertisement that aired on MY.FM for Michelle’s School of Performing Arts. I am the first actor playing the Beast in this commercial. I felt very rushed with my lines.
The Harmonizing Chimney Sweep
* I love doing harmony, and while it only comes at the end of this song, I think it gives a haunting sort of feeling. This song as well as ‘I’d Do Anything’ are excerpts from the Big Shiny Musical.
The Artful Dodger (I’d Do Anything)
*I had a lot of fun playing the Artful Dodger for a song. Ironically enough, the actor who sings for Oliver in this song ended up playing Dodger in the DRMS production of Oliver in which I played the role of Bill Sykes.
MACK Retro - Johnny B. Goode
*MACK Retro was a show of stories and songs from the 50s to the present; showcasing what students at Mackenzie High had done and listened to over the years. I was privileged to open the show with this song.
MACK Retro - Wake up Little Suzy (Harmony)
*As soon as I finished singing Johnny B. Goode, I ran off stage to immediately come back on with a slightly different costume to perform this song with Kevin Myers. As suggested in the title, I sing the harmony.
MACK Retro - Times They Are A-Changin’
*I am a Bob Dylan fan, which I find quite rare among my age group. I basically told my director that I was going to do this song, and she seemed more than willing to let me go for it. Thanks Alison.
MACK Retro - Satisfaction
*The audience went wild for this song (as you’ll be able to hear). Acting like Mc Jagger is not very easy. I still can’t strut as well as he can.
Yeah TONY!! Good Luck!
